From Yorkshire Puddings to Panna Cotta!

After 25 years in Yorkshire, from an old Rectory, a few years in a Chateau in France (and many other corners of the world), we have decided to make our home in Tuscany. We would like to share our love of Italy with you. Explore and enjoy the real Tuscan experience away from the tourist trails.

You are invited to be a house guest in an old colonica in the hills of the Mugello, often described as "the green heart of Tuscany". A rambling old detached house with charming gardens and secluded pool. Ideal if you like any of the following:

Wonderful walks through woods and country lanes
Painting or sketching from the garden or terrace
Photography and Bird watching
Relaxing in the lovely garden or by the pool
Leisurely breakfasts and home cooked Tuscan food

This is not an action packed, hectic holiday venue - where you need another one when you get home!
Here you can relax and enjoy the simple Tuscan life, Take your time in the evening with a glass of wine and a homecooked Mugellan supper. Walk at your own pace from the gate into country lanes and chestnut woods. Visit local towns and soak up the atmosphere. Try the local foods with the local wines, and enjoy a real coffee!
